use baby wipes to clean

The stains on cork products usually are not hard to remove. Baby wipes have  the right mix to remove most of the stains. Wipe gently until the stain or dirt disappears. You can also use a sponge and soap with water  and probably it also will do the job.

no extra protection needed

No need to use water repellents or any dust protection spray.  The cork used in our shoes in naturally repellent to water, dust, or even fire.

1. Register for wholesale account and make payment with one of the available methods. Your payment will be accepted once the order is confirmed;
2.Request quote specifying the products you would like to order.

In your first order with us you will be required  to order a minimum of 15 pairs.

Unless there is a visible manufacturing issue with the products we do not accept returns for wholesale orders. If you have any issue please contact us. We are always happy to help.

Since the order is shipped usually never more than 8 days within Europe. For non Europe orders within 2 weeks. 

If you are from European Union, valid VAT is requited. You don’t need VAT if you are not from European Union.

Yes. Please inquire us about this, and we will be happy to provide you a quote. You can also order with no quantity. Minimum order quantity may apply.

No, we place great importance on online security and privacy.
Our security system automatically encrypts your personal data when you enter them.
Similarly we do not have access to your credit card data since this data is sent directly to the concerned bank for payment to be made.

We accept returns until 14 days after receive the product. If you have any issue please contact us. We are always happy to help. 

We ship with two main delivey operators GLS and Fedex express. The maximum expected time to receive the product is 8 days after we ship it.

Yes. We ship worldwide. We operate in conjunction with GLS and Fedex, two of the world’s leading couriers.
Although your purchase may take a few days to reach you, there is no risk of buying with us.
You will receive your order as soon as possible.
